So, yes, another post about crochet and yarn. I finished some recent projects today & took photos. Updated my ravelry, which I’m loving. I have big plans in my head for the future of my photography, crafting, and selling of my goods and services. It’s a scary place to be.
I’m happy that I’m finishing these projects and am able to ship them off to friends and family for Christmas, but part of me wishes I could just sell them and see what happens. That will just have to wait. I’ve got a small batch of scarfs to start and/or finish before I can focus on opening my Etsy shop.
I also have a box of random stuff from my Grandma which I will be selling on Ebay as soon as I can get organized. Things that she can’t use in making her doll houses. I’ve got a random pile of stuff – from a Freddy Kruger figurine, a 2″ violin case, and a tiny little wood stove. As well as a few display boxes – which I might just keep for myself!
After spending 4 hours last night organizing yarn, and realizing what a great feeling that is, I’m inspired to do more. I wish I could find this energy when it came to doing my laundry though. What is with that? haha.
Does anyone out there have tips or tricks for storing your yarn stash? I have a few different ideas floating around in my head. I’m trying to plan out my new office as best I can, in as little time as I can. Any advice for yarn stashing would be appreciated. Anything other than plastic bags and laundry baskets!
Goal for Mike: Rip out old carpet! I’ve got the floor purchased (bamboo). That carpet just has to go. Ick.

Interesting. Thanks for that, however that is not the limit of my appreciation. I am afflicted with color blindness (deuteranopia in my case). I mostly use Safari browser (unsure if that changes anything), and far too many websites are hard to comprehend on account of a poor range of colors used. In your case, as the selection of colors is fine, the site is amazingly tidy and easy to read.
