I&#8217;m not even a vegan, and her blog is amazing. Everything looks so delicious, and her photography is to die for.</p>
<p>She posted a great <em>how to</em> on food photography <a href="http://veganyumyum.com/2008/09/food-photography-for-bloggers/">here</a>. A few recipes on my to-do list are the <a href="http://veganyumyum.com/2008/09/asparagus-and-white-bean-pesto-tart/">Asparagus and white bean pesto tart</a>, and the <a href="http://veganyumyum.com/2008/03/gnocchi-with-thyme-vinaigrette-and-lemon-cashew-cream/">Gnocchi with thyme vinaigrette and lemon cashew cream</a>.</p>
<p>She is also the author of the famous <a href="http://veganyumyum.com/2007/06/knit-night-cupcakes/">Knit Night Cupcakes</a> that were featured on Martha Stewart (though I loved VeganYumYum before that.) I highly recommend checking it all out. There is a ton of content.</p>
